How long does it take?
The preview is usually ready in 1 to 5 minutes. After payment, the 4:5 unlocks right away and the other 2 formats take a few more minutes. You can close the page and come back with the link to follow the progress.
How long are my videos available?
Paid videos are available to download for 30 days after payment — the deadline is shown on the ad page and in the email. The free preview is temporary: if it expires, just generate it again, any time.
Does the video show my site exactly as it is?
The scenes are real screenshots of your page, as it looks in a browser at the moment the video is made, and the text in the video is quoted word for word from it. Pop-ups, content that changes on its own (carousels, rotating banners) and system fonts may differ from what you see on your computer.
What formats do I get?
The free preview comes in feed format (4:5), watermarked. After payment you download the 4:5 without the watermark right away, and the square (1:1) and vertical (9:16) versions — for Stories, Reels and TikTok — are ready in a few minutes. We’ll email you.
What if my site has few images?
The video uses your site’s own interface — headlines, cards, buttons and the mobile version. Pages with few photos still make a good ad.
