This policy explains what data site2video (site2video.com.br) collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, "LGPD").

1. What we collect and why

2. Who we share data with
We only share data with the providers that make the service work, and each one receives only what it needs:

International transfers. Some providers are located outside Brazil. These transfers follow art. 33 of the LGPD, based on contractual clauses and the safeguards offered by those providers:

The website, video generation (Hostinger) and the database (Supabase) are in Brazil, in São Paulo. Mercado Pago is also Brazilian.
3. Cookies and browser storage
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only load if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you close the notice with the X, they do not load.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
In your browser (not on our servers), we store:
- your choice in the cookie notice;
- the language you pick in the PT | EN selector (a cookie, for up to 1 year);
- the list of your latest videos (up to 5), so you can return to them without logging in;
- the source of your visit (up to 30 days).
You can delete this data in your browser settings or with the "remove from list" button.
- We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How long we keep data

5. Security
The link to your video page is unique and impossible to guess. Anyone who has the link can watch the video, so do not share it if you do not want to. That page does not appear in search engines, and its address is not sent to analytics tools.
6. Your rights
You may request at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- portability;
- deletion of data processed based on your consent;
- information about who we share it with;
- withdrawal of consent.
Write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at www.gov.br/anpd.
7. Minors
The service is not intended for people under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
