Terms of use and sale

These terms apply to anyone who uses site2video (site2video.com.br), a service operated by Christian Albuquerque Alonso, CNPJ 33.741.611/0001-40 ("we"). By generating a preview or buying a video, you agree to them.

1. What the service does

site2video reads a web page you choose and automatically builds a 15-second video ad from real screenshots of that page and verbatim excerpts of its text. No text is made up.

Because the process is automatic, the result may have imperfections. That is why you see a complete preview before paying.

2. The page you submit

  • Only submit pages you own or are authorized to advertise.
  • You are responsible for the page's content (texts, images, brands, prices and claims), which may appear in the video.
  • We may refuse or stop requests without having to explain why. This applies especially to pages with adult, violent, discriminatory, illegal or misleading content, and to pages we cannot read.
  • Not allowed: automated or bulk requests, attempts to get around the service's limits, or pages built to interfere with how it works.

3. Free preview

  • Each request produces a free preview in feed format (4:5), with a watermark.
  • The preview is only for you to evaluate the result. It may not be published or used in ads.
  • The preview is temporary and may be deleted at any time. You can generate it again whenever you like.

4. Price and payment

  • The final video costs the amount shown on the website at the time of purchase, in the currency displayed (Brazilian reais, BRL, on the Portuguese version; US dollars, USD, on the English version). It is a one-time payment with no subscription.
  • During the launch period, the launch price shown on the website applies, until the date stated there.
  • Payment is processed by Mercado Pago or Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery, download period and refunds

Delivery. As soon as payment is confirmed, the 4:5 video without a watermark is released immediately. The 1:1 and 9:16 formats are ready within a few minutes. We let you know by email.

Download period. Videos are available for 30 days after payment. The deadline is shown on the video page and in the email. After that, the files are deleted. We recommend downloading right after purchase.

Defect or difference from the preview. If the final video does not match the preview or does not work, we will fix it or refund the amount paid. Write to [email protected].

Withdrawal. Refund requests are handled under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), taking into account that:

  • before paying, you can watch the complete preview of the ad, which is the same video delivered afterwards, without the watermark and in three formats;
  • by purchasing, you request immediate delivery, and the video is delivered right away.

Chargebacks. If the payment is refunded or disputed, access to the videos is blocked.

6. Your rights to the video

  • Once paid, you may use, copy, edit and publish the final video, including in paid ads, with no time or territory limits.
  • We claim no rights over the content of your page.
  • We only show your video publicly (for example, in our Showcase) if you expressly authorize it. You can withdraw that authorization at any time, and the video is removed from the Showcase.

7. Accuracy of the screenshots

The scenes in the video are real screenshots of your page as it appears in a browser at the time of generation. Pop-ups, content that changes by itself, animations and system fonts may make the result vary from one generation to the next.

8. Liability

  • The service is provided as is, and we may pause it for maintenance or security.
  • We are not responsible for the content of the submitted page, which is the responsibility of whoever submitted it (section 2), nor for how the video is used.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law guarantees to consumers.

9. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Changes do not affect videos that have already been paid for. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, the courts of Osasco – SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
